Please help me with a variety of breakfast ideas, a menu and recipes other than bacon, eggs, toast & OJ?

Any new healthy ideas for egg-based breakfast recipes?

I’ve already got many different approaches to quiches, scrambles, omelets and fritattas. The recipes I’m most interested in would not have meat. I already know how to hard or soft boil eggs, scramble or fry them in any way. I’m looking for eggs WITH SOMETHING ELSE (like veggies, cheese, salsa or something interesting).
