one tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
one 1/3 cups low-fat buttermilk
½ cup fat0free sour cream
¼ cup canola oil
1 large egg
one tsp vanilla
two cups frozen blueberries
one tbsp whole-wheat flour

Techniques:
Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper liners and spray lightly with cooking spray.
