You can make French toast – First preheat a small nonstick frying pan to medium temp and add a little butter to melt. Next beat the egg in a small bowl with a fork, add a little milk and vanilla. Then dredge a piece of bread in it, turn over and dredge again. Immediately transfer the bread to the heated pan, cook on one side then flip to the other side and cook through. Sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar, then drizzle with syrup and enjoy!

My son adapted this recipe – he makes the French toast, then tops it with thinly sliced bananas and caramel sauce.

I like fried egg sandwiches. Get sliced ham and cheese, melt the cheese over the egg and put a slice of ham on top, toast bread and use a little mayo….yum

How bout this easy one? Take a single slice of bread, any kind, cut out the center of the bread with a cookie cutter or small juice glass. Melt a little butter in a skillet on medium, put the bread down in the butter and let it get brown. Flip the bread over, put a little dab of butter in the center and break the egg into the middle of the circle. Cook until the egg firms up. You put jam or jelly on the cut out part. Good luck!
