Healthy Chicken, Turkey, Pork, or Egg Recipes

Does anybody know any great healthy recipes with the main ingredient being either chicken, turkey, pork, or eggs.

I would like to avoid salt, butter, margarine, and sugar.

i like to cut chicken into small chunks and cook w/garlic powder or garlic, onion and chile oil from the asian market. its got soy or grapeseed oil in it so its good fat.. but take it easy on that. then toss it w/some veggie pasta. a sprinkle of parmesan wont hurt.

or you can skip the pasta and serve that w/some steamed broccoli or other veggies.

ground turkey breast on a wheat tortilla w/salsa and half slice of 2% cheese or stuffed in a baked potato.

scrambled egg whites, throw a yolk in if you have to. if im being really strict ill just do the boiled eggwhites and some oatmeal for a meal.

    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 Tablespoon of Mrs. Dash garlic and herb (or any flavor you like)
    1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 cup of fat free sour cream
2 cups of crushed Cheez-It crackers

Preheat oven to 35 degrees. Rinse and pat dry chicken. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash and pepper. Dredge in sour cream then in crumbs. Place on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Cook for 30-40 minutes until center is cooked but not dry. Let sit 5 minutes before serving to keep juicy.
